Personal FEAST Strategy Coach
Personal Strategy Sessions take place as often as you like, with a minimum of 1 X per month. You will be provided with an initial strategy review and FEAST evaluation. Once you complete your FEAST goals, coaching will be used to uncover blocks in one or more areas. This type of coaching is designed to keep you on track and in high energy.
Rate – $48/hour
Corporate FEAST Coaching
Corporate Coaching can be provided in a group or individual setting. Everyone starts with the Unlock Your FEAST Session- where they are introduced to the concepts and research behind each of the five FEAST categories. They will leave with a FEAST poster designed to get them started in creating the life they desire. You may choose to schedule 5 additional sessions focusing on each of the FEAST categories. This allows participants to dig deeper into each category and engage their families, co- workers and friends to uncover road- blocks and create meaningful goals. Research is shared to help participants understand the energy they give off can really impact their lives.
Rate – $75/hour – up to 5 participants. Larger groups may be charged a higher rate. Supplies are NOT included in rate. Travel costs are extra.
Speaking Engagements
Make Your Life a FEAST can be the theme of your next corporate event. Incorporating all of the above – participants are provided the latest research in all the FEAST categories in a fun and compelling manner and given the time to evaluate their own lives. A great way to kick off a team building, wellness or annual meeting.
1 Hour Key Note – starts at $500. May be higher if asked to personalize for the organization.
